It sounds like you both love each other and have a nice relationship. Since you both already have children that’s not really the issue. I’m not sure what you’re looking for in the long run, but it sounds like you need some security. My best advice is to always say what you need. Don’t ever expect him to guess. Whether that be marriage, living together or financial security. Whatever “IT” looks like to you, JUST ASK. A closed mouth never gets fed.
