As an outdoor venue in the NYC Meatpacking district, STK Rooftop with its breathtaking views is perfect for those looking for a great place to park it on a sultry summer afternoon. With good friends and great food, this is a must do when you’re in the city. Sit back, relax and enjoy! The first thing that always drops on the table at STK is the incredible bread. It’s like pretzel dough baked in a cast-iron pot and covered with garlic butter. With it being a steak house might I suggest the steak and eggs for your entree? The steak wasn’t huge at 5 ounces, but perfectly portioned for me. It was cooked to perfection, exactly how I like it. A cast-iron skillet of eggs cooked with goat cheese is served on the side.
In true New York fashion, brunch is from noon to 9 pm with no kids permitted after 2pm. A kid-free rooftop brunch on a Sunday may sound like a bit of a dream, but everyone should try it at least once in their lifetime. So, grab your closest crew and soak up the sun while listening to the sultry sounds of STK’s hottest Dj. Trust me, after one glass of their Flamenco Sangria it will be hard to sit in your seat.
