Ladies, the fun never ends when it comes to summer brunchin’! Just last week I discovered a new brunch haven, here in Southern California, that will knock your taste buds into a savory spin!  The once iconic Chart house restaurant is now the very happening, chic steak house, Mastro’s Ocean Club! This new ocean flair venue has a piano player, complete with singer, creating a stunning setting and the perfect place for a weekend brunch with family and friends. We chose to celebrate my daughters birthday here and it was truly a delight for everyone. Starting with the perfect Bloody Mary, or Bloody Maria, I devoured the Maine Lobster Benedict, which was to die for ( if you’re into that kind of thing), and my husband had the legendary steak and eggs! To top it off, they sent us their signature warm butter cake & vanilla ice cream from the Beverly Hills Location. After our meal, myself and family left our keys with the valet and strolled along the beach, soaking up a few extra rays from the sun! HEAVEN!!! If you find yourself dining here you must dabble in some of their most savory dishes, which are the Smoked Salmon Plate, Main Lobster Benedict, the Belgian Waffle, Three Egg Breakfast, Maine Lobster Omelet, Egg White Omelet, the Mastro’s Prime Burger or Tuna Burger. Top your meal off with their Basil Mary or the Camarena Blanco Tequila with Cholula, lime juice and bloody mary mix, served with a salted rim, celery, olive and lime add U7 Black Tiger Shrimp. Delish!
