I attended the premiere of The Perfect Guy at the writers guild in Los Ageles. The stars of the movie were out in full effect for this popcorn thriller starring Sanaa Lathan, Morris Chestnut, and Michael Ealy, along with other celebrities like Russell Simmons, AnnaLynne McCord, and Sarah Rafferty.
It’s just your average creepy tale of an ex-boyfriend gone crazy. It has all the twist and turns you’d love, with just enough to make you cringe when your ex texts you. The after party was a blast and held at the ever young 1Oak. This was a great chance for the over thirty crowd to check out the club known for it’s naughty 20 something year old patrons. We nibbled on beef sliders and ahi tuna, and danced to the beat of old school hip hop. The night ended for me at 11pm, as I had carpool the next morning, but my girlfriend said they danced until 2am and closed the club. This film opens next Friday and is definitely one to check out with your girls, maybe leave your man at home.
